The Black Iron Loft’s also known as “the Neapolitan” is located on 1056 Queen St., W. It is a commercial residential six storey building targeted mainly towards families in the greater Toronto area.

   It is a family oriented building, where up to a family of 4 can live comfortably with in the buildings walls. Most of the building units very between 1-3 rooms with views of both Queen and Fennings.

   The Black Iron Lofts has a mix of classical Gothic and modern style as to reflect is surrounding infrastructure as well as stand out.

   The buildings lower level is proposed to be a shared space between 3 commercial units specifically chosen based on the buildings location and year of construction, and the residential lobby located in the center rear of the building.
